من فترة للثانية الواحد بـ يحب يجرب حاجةجديدة،مش شرط نوعها أو مكانها المهم أنه يكسر روتين حياته بحاجة حلوةتفرحهوسط الأحداث العالمية والمحلية العظيمة، وده اللي حصل لنا لماسمعناعن "فروزي تويست - Frozzy Twist" وعن الأصناف الجديدة المختلفةالليبـ يعملها.أول ما دخلنا على صفحتهم على الفيسبوك، شدنا جدًا أنهم بـيعملواآيس كريم بسبوسة! تخيلوا، ولما سألنا عن مكانهم اكتشفنا أنمكانهمالأصلي في بورسعيد، بس الافتتاح هـ يبقى في القاهرة كمان كاميوم.وبالفعل قررنا نخوض التجربة للآخر ونروح الافتتاح.مفهوم افتتاح المحلات عندنا في القاهرة معروف، صوت عاليوأنواروممكن تلاقي بني آدمين لابسين دباديب كمان، لكن المرة دي كانتمختلفةلأن لوجو المحل كان باين من أول الشارع من الأنوار، ده غيرالعربيةالميني كوبر اللي كان مرسوم عليها اللوجو برضه.المهم دخلنا وكان الاكتشاف الأكبر، أن الآيس كريم بـ يتعملأمامك..أي نعم أمامك، هم بـ يستخدموا تقنية جديدة بمجرد ما بـ يحطواالمكوناللي أنت عاوزه بسبوسة أو كنافة أو عسلية أو تشيز كيك أو أينوعشوكولاتة، ويفضلوا يقلبوا فيه على صينية درجة حرارتها منخفضة جدًا،بـيتكون السائل من مجرد بسبوسة لآيس كريم بسبوسة.. لا سحر ولا شعوذة،ديتقنية تبريد لسه جديدة، وهم أول ناس ينزلوها مصر.من الحاجات اللي لفتت نظرنا في المنيو العظيم المطرقع ده، غيرأنكممكن تختار أي نوع شوكولاتة بـ تحبها من أول مارس لحد فوريروروشيه،إلا أن فيه آيس كريم بالتشيز كيك وبالكولا والجيلي كولاوبسكويتدايجستيف وكريم بروليه crème brule كمان. وفيه آيس كريم بكلأنواعالمكسرات اللي تخطر على بالك بندق ولوز وكاجو وزبدة الفولالسودانى،لكن العادي عندهم الآيس كريم بالفاكهة والزبادي والصن دايوكلام الحلوده، غير أنهم بـ يقدموا وافل وبراونيز.الحقيقة أننا كنا متشوقين قوي نعرف آيس كريم البسبوسة والكنافةدولطعمهم إيه، فطلبنا آيس كريم بسبوسة بـ 10 جنيه، واللي لقيناهبالفعلبـ يقطع قطعة بسبوسة أمامنا مع فانيليا وفضل يقلب لحد لما كونتطبقةمربعة لفها زي الوردة وحط عليها صوص كراميل وأعطاها لنا،والمفاجأةكانت في الطعم المميز اللي يحسسك أنك بـ تأكل قطعة بسبوسةفعلًا بسآيس كريم.. تجربة ما تتوصفش يا جماعة تتأكل بس، أما آيس كريمالكنافةبـ 12 جنيه، كان أخف بكثير للناس اللي مش بـ تحب السكر بزيادة،وطعمهمميز قوي برضه.جربنا كمان آيس كريم التشيز كيك مع قطع الديجستيف والتوت الأحمربـ12 جنيه، واللي كان حلو قوي وطعم البسكويت فيه كان مميز فعلًا،ولليبـ يحبوا المكسرات وبالذات عشاق زبدة الفول peanut butter نحبنقوللكم أن آيس كريم زبدة الفول اللي بـ 12 جنيه ده طعمه وهمي ودسمومغريجدًا، لكن أكثر حاجة إحنا حبيناها كانت آيس كريم المارشميلو بـ10جنيه، وبغض النظر عن عشقنا للمارشميلو، إلا أن الآيس كريم كانمعمولبنكهة التوت الأحمر كمان، ومضاف معاه قطع مارشميلو صغيرة علشانيطرقعفي مخك ويعطيك أجمل إحساس بالانتعاش والتجديد في حياتك.الحقيقة أننا استمتعنا هناك جدًا وكان نفسنا نجرب كلالأصنافالحقيقة، وما منعناش إلا أن بطننا كانت ممكن تنفجر لو زودناأكثر منكده، والخدمة هناك كانت جميلة جدًا وودودة، كل صنف بـ يشرحه لكبهدوءوطولة بال وابتسامة مميزة.
